Besides individually tailored enquiries, we also offer the possibility of participation in multi-client studies or omnibus surveys.

Classic personal interviews, computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI), postal surveys and more recently online surveys in the Internet are among the tools we use. Further methods for empirical economic and social research include observation, systematic content analysis, focus groups, expert interviews, workshops and secondary analyses of existing statistical data.

We have at our disposal the well-proven infrastructure of our highly qualified and acknowledged field institute and the telephone laboratory for conducting large-scale representative surveys. Occasionally, we work in close co-operation with various university researchers.
